Dr. Poe is a very passionate and enthusiastic advocate for health and wellness. Her father has
been a practicing primary care physician for nearly 40 years, and she knew from a young age that she wanted to be involved in healthcare. Her life has certainly taken her down many different roads, but she is finally living out
her passion working in the holistic healthcare field and helping others.

Dr. Poe’s own experiences as well as those of others have given her the opportunity to also see the ways holistic health and good nutrition can truly prevent, improve, and heal many conditions and symptoms that exist.

She loves helping patients optimize their health in many ways.  She has been blessed with an amazing 8-year old daughter, as well as a set of twin girls.  She has a wonderful and supportive husband who is also passionate about exercising, health, and wellness.  Dr. Poe loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going to the beach, working out, playing violin, and will forever be a student, always eager to learn and enhance her knowledge and education.
